About the Hoist Trolley Clamp
This push travel hoist trolley clamp fits to a steel beam just like the majority of other standard beam clamps. Using the threaded spindle the trolley can be easily adjusted to suit a range of beam flange sizes to ensure the optimum fit. There is also an additional locking lever on the spindle to ensure the highest safety levels.
The lower portion of this trolley and clamp combination incorporates a robust anchoring area. Always ensure you attach your hoist, load or pulley centrally on the pin, NOT on the screw spindle.
Key Features of the Yale CTP Trolley Clamp
For optimum corrosion protection there is a zinc plated spindle and clevis as well as galvanised snap pin stops.
Five model variants with working load limits between 1000 and 3000kg. Each model has a choice of adjustment sizes to suit various beams. For instance there are 2 choices for the 2000kg model; the 1st can fit beam flange widths from 75 to 200mm; the 2nd 2000kg model will fit flanges from 200 to 300mm.
Please note – side pulling is not permitted.
Other hoist anchor points
There are a number of other hoist anchor points available at Lifting Hoists Direct. Lifting hoists are commonly anchored to the beam/girder of a crane by means of a clamp if you require a static anchor point or a trolley if you need it to travel.
We have a choice of hoist trolley systems including push, geared and powered travel options; something to suit most requirements.
