About the Kito CB Chain Block

The Kito CB chain block provides smooth and consistent lifting operations. It is both sturdy and reliable thanks to its steel construction with premium quality components.

This manual chain hoist incorporates a shock resistant gear casing as well as a double pawl ratchet spring system, high performance precision gearbox with sealed gears and for protection against dust and water ingress, double casing.

Kito CB Manual Chain Hoist Elements

Other key features include a mechanical braking system and a load chain guide for quiet and easy operation, with an abrasion resistant nickel plated load chain to give it a longer service life. With a slip clutch option to provide an overload limiter this hoist could be even safer. Chain containers and trolley options are also available if required.

The manual force needed to operate the hoist is kept to a minimum thanks to the double reduction gearing whilst the brake activates instantly to hold the load firmly. There is an open load sheave to facilitate easier inspection and cleaning.

The top hook articulates to enable the load to be centred correctly. It is made from forged carbon steel and has a wide opening with a safety latch.

The standard lifting height is 3 meters on models up to 7500kg and 3.5 meters for all models over this capacity. You can find out all the technical specifications in the table below.
