Lifting Hoists Direct – Delivery
The following information has been put together to explain our delivery policy.
We make all deliveries using a preferred courier supply service and we usually aim for a next working day. For example, an item ordered on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday. However, it must be noted that we can’t always guarantee the next working day delivery, as this is subject to item availability. To qualify for next working day delivery, please place your order before 2pm on any given day.
Cost of delivery
The freight costs will be decided depending on the weight of the order and any specific delivery requests that you have provided us with. We will agree the cost of freight with you before your purchase is completed.
We will always aim to deliver your items as quickly and efficiently as possible
We will also agree a delivery time with you; please make sure that someone is available to receive, sign for, and inspect your order. If there are any damages, you will need to report these to us in writing, on the same day that you have received the goods. The courier will also need to make a note on their paperwork with the damages to the order.
Our courier service will accept no responsibility for any damages caused to your order unless you make a claim within three days of your delivery being received and signed for.
