Endless Winch Benefits

This endless winch has many benefits over standard electric hoists, one of which is the incorporated carry handles. The handles provide protection to the housing as well as enabling easy handling and transportation to where ever they are needed, as long as you have the correct power supply.

The power options are 230v single phase or 400v 3 phase all at 50Hz.

This mini hoist incorporates a top suspension hook complete with a safety catch, so anchoring to a secure fixing point is quick and easy.

One of the biggest benefits is that the hoist does not store the wire rope, it simply passes through, thus continuous winching is achievable according to the length of the wire rope. Depending on the length of wire rope you are using it would be prudent to store/feed longer lengths of rope from and to a reel or similar to prevent any damage or issues with the rope. Always use protective gloves when handling any wire rope.

10 metres of 6.5mm diameter wire rope is included as standard, however we can supply pretty much any length of rope you require. The standard power cable is 1 metre long. Both power and control cables have the option to extended on request at the time of ordering.

These versatile continuous winches can be used vertically, horizontally or even at an angle depending on your set up.

Bi-Directional Lifting Option

Thanks to the patented bi-directional actuator this mini hoist can be used to lift on both ropes. All you need is to add an extra hook on the loose rope end, thus giving you two hooks. This function is designed to lift loads alternately up to the stated WLL.

The benefit to using the bi-directional function is speed and convenience. It works quite simply! When the first load is lifted and reaches the top position the second hook will be at the lower position, ready for another load to be immediately attached. Therefore the frequency of the lifting task can be doubled.

Only up to the maximum stated WLL can be lifted on each hook alternately, never lift maximum loads in tandem as this will overload the hoist.
