About the HE300mf Builders Gantry Hoist
The HE 300MF builders gantry hoist is used by many builders (hence the name) for lifting and lowering their materials when scaffolding is not available for the use of a scaffold hoist.
This hoist will require a specialised gantry frame or trestle with ballast boxes. This is in order to enable the hoist to overhang the side of a building to raise loads to where they are required. These are available to purchase separately if required.
220v options are currently available, with a 1100w single phase motor at 50Hz.
300kg is the maximum safe working load limit of the HE 300mf builders gantry hoist. It can lift loads at speeds up to 23 metres per minute. The standard working length is 25m with the maximum working length being 40m. The 6mm diameter wire cable ensures optimum strength and suppleness, and has a break point under load of 23.26kN.
Our range of accessories for this type of hoist make it even more versatile. For example you can lift up many more bricks than you could physically carry in the brick basket. Fresh mortar can be lifted and emptied where needed continuously with a tipping bucket. This removes the need for lugging a heavy bucket of mortar up a ladder through various levels of the construction.

Other Builders Hoists
You will find many more hoists of this variety at Lifting Hoists Direct with more from TEA L’Europea as well as models from Imer. For hoists to fit to scaffolding you can visit the scaffold hoist category where you will find some of the best scaffold hoists around. You will also find a couple of scaffold winches which work differently. These floor or base mounted winches work equally well if not better than the standard type on all building sites with scaffolding.
