About the Imer BE200 Scaffold Hoist
The Imer BE200 scaffold hoist is compact in nature and well over 10kg lighter than most other scaffolding hoists the BE200 has many benefits. Firstly it is much easier to transport to where it is needed, its easy to fit too. Scaffold clamps or pole may be needed to attach the hoist to a scaffold pole.
The hoist fits to a lower support beam which incorporates a work positioning lever. This enables you to move it to your preferred position and lock it in place. The hoist is supported to the upper clamp or pole location via an upper tie-rod. Which incorporates a turnbuckle for adjusting the tension to ensure the hoist gets the correct amount of support. (see images). This set up is obviously much lighter and easier to handle than a hoist with a rigid frame.
The BE200 scaffolding hoist can lift and lower loads up to 200kg at average speeds of 20 meters per minute when fully loaded. What’s more it can lift to a maximum height of 30 meters thanks to the 31 metres of steel wire rope it comes with (5mm diameter). More specifications can be found in the table below.
The operation of this hoist is done via the push button pendant type controller which incorporates an emergency stop button and a 16A !P67 EC flying plug. The motor is self braking with a magnetic device.
