Imer G500 Gantry Hoist Features and Benefits

The Imer G500 single phase gantry hoist or stand hoist is a stand alone hoisting system with no need for additional scaffolding or fixtures. Counter balanced by ballast boxes at the rear the frame is able to extend out around 1 metre past the edge of the structure/building. This means that your tools and materials can be lifted to the level where they are needed. With a full 500kg load speeds of up to 17 metres per minute can be obtained, thus its a quick and efficient means of lifting.

An upper limit safety device prevents the load from being raised too far and potentially damaging the hoist and/or load.

The electric hoist is fitted to a trolley which can be moved across the gantry framework and held in the required position with the brake system., rubber end stops offer added protection.

For optimum user safety the gantry frame incorporates a kick-board to prevent accidental step off.

The ballast boxes can be locked, thus keeping the contents safe from tampering. They should be filled with a minimum 250kg of suitable ballast to make sure the whole system and load remains safe and secure throughout the lifting operation.
