About the Imer Scaffold Hoist TR225n
This is a very popular scaffold hoist amongst construction workers due to multiple factors.
First of all is the fact it can lift up to 200kg loads to heights up to 30 metres. Coupled with the fact that it has lifting speeds up to 19 metres per minute you can get your heavy materials to higher levels where they are needed pretty fast. So if you are working on a construction job and speed is of the essence then the Imer TR225n could be your ideal choice.
Another major benefit of the TR225n scaffold hoist is its extendable reach. The hoist fits to its own 1.8 metre scaffold attachment pole and has a work positioning lever so the hoist can be swung out over the side and locked into position.
The standard reach of the Imer TR225n is 750mm out from the scaffold pole. However if you could do with a bit more then simply unlock the lever and swing the hoist back in; then you can extend the top bracket out to suit the load you intend to lift up to its maximum reach of 1120mm. Therefore you can get an extra 400mm of reach over the side of the building which could help to prevent loads from coming into contact with the scaffolding or other obstacles on the way up or down, thus offering more load protection.
Other features of the TR225n Scaffold Winch
When it comes to features this hoist is not short of a few. A TR255n pendant controller is included with the hoist as is a 31 metre wire rope. The rope goes onto a front loading drum which reduces risks rope bunching.
When it comes to safety there is an IP65 plug, upper limit safety device and a self braking motor which has speeds of 1360/1380rpm.
