About the TR125SY Minifor Hoist / Winch
This fibre rope Minifor hoist comes with a great choice of power options including 110v, 230v, 400v and 690v; single phase or 3 phase. They can lift up to 125kg loads in a standard configuration, 250kg if rigged / sheave kits used (see manual for more details).
The polyester Kern mantle rope provides optimum endurance with the Kern (core) providing the strength and the Mantle (outer sheath) providing the protection. Standard lengths up to 200 meters are readily available, longer ropes may be available on request.
With more or less unlimited length rope options the height of lift can be pretty phenomenal. The steady pre-set torque is stable at up to 30 metres per minute lifting speeds.
The hoist can be used suspended as standard or base mounted with specific criteria. Using a self gripping system to pull through the rope. This consists of a special drive pulley together with two drive rollers and two grabs. It is the grabs that lock the rope into the pulley and with the braking/locking action being proportional to the load there is no risk of loads dropping. The heavier the load the tighter the grabs will clamp onto the rope. Up and down limiters prevent over travel.
Overall the TR125SY Minifor hoist with fibre rope is compact, easy to use, practical and versatile.
You can find out much more detail in the specifications above, together with a downloadable PDF user manual.
More Minifors and similar hoisting solutions
Lifting Hoists Direct are proud to be able to offer a wide range of hoisting solutions. The Minifor range can be classed as a compact hoist or winch due to its design. Its use of virtually unlimited rope lengths and configuration options is what sets the Minifor apart. All the other Minifor hoists use steel wire rope instead of the fibre rope this TR125SY variation does.
Other hoisting solutions that provide similar characteristics could be some types of scaffold hoist or gantry hoist or perhaps a cable puller.
