The Viper Mini Chain Block
When space is limited it can be a struggle to use a standard sized hoist for your lifting task but the compact nature of the new to market Viper mini chain block can alleviate these issues. At just 250mm in length from the top hook to the bottom hook the Viper mini can fit in quite small spaces. You can find out all the dimensions in the specifications tab above.
Loads can be lifted with minimal effort by pulling on the electro-galvanised calibrated hand chain, in fact just 190 newtons or 42 pounds of force are required for a full load.
When it comes to the height of lift we can supply 3 or 6 metres as standard, however other heights can be accommodated for on request.
The load chain, the chain which actually lifts and holds the load is grade 80, calibrated with a fine tolerance. This chain meets the performance requirements of the working load limit to BS EN 818-7.
More Mini Manual Chain Hoist Features
The Viper mini manual chain hoist has a minimum breaking load strength equal to four times the stated working load limit.
The bearings within the hoists are sealed to ensure optimum protection. Both hooks incorporate heavy duty safety catches which are cast.
Made from high performance materials and finished in matt black the Viper mini meets requirements of BS EN 13157, and is marked in accordance.
Certification is available.
