About the Yale 360 Chain Block with Integral Trolley

The Yale 360 chain block with integral trolley system combines the hoist and trolley into one unit for ease of functionality. The hoist itself is the same as the standard Yalelift 360 manual chain hoist and if you head over to its own page you will find all the hoist features and specifications.

There are 5 different lifting capacities to choose from; 500kg, 1000Kg, 2000Kg, 3000kg & 5000kg. You can also choose from push travel or geared travel trolley’s as well as its suitability to fit particular bean sizes. The height of lift is 3 meters as standard, however there are other options available up to 10 meters. The amount of choices available make this chain hoist/block and trolley a very versatile piece of hoisting equipment.

Key Features of the Yale 360 manual hoist with Trolley

Thanks to the 360 degree rotational design of the hand chain cover, the hoist can be operated from almost any position. And when combined with the low headroom trolley, lifting in more confined areas is possible. The trolley has a number of options to enable it to fit correctly to the flange of a beam. There are 2 main types; type A will fit flanges up to 180mm and has a choice of minimum flange widths which are 50, 58, 74 & 98mm. Then we have type B which can fit beams with flanges ranging from 180mm to 300mm.

The wheels on the trolley incorporate encapsulated ball type bearings for optimum performance and smooth running. They have been designed for a 14% maximum beam incline with anti tilt & drop devices as standard.
