About the Yale PT Ratchet Lever Hoist

The light weight Yale PT ratchet lever hoist is made from pressed steel. This sturdy lever hoist has excellent reliability and is probably the most universal lever hoist in Yale’s collection.

The hand operating lever is short and incorporates an ergonomic rubber hand grip. The grip offers non-slip functionality whilst the lever length minimises the amount of effort needed to operate the hoist.

The hoist has a free chaining mechanism as standard. Chain can be pulled in both directions.

The chain is alloy steel link chain. Zinc plated chain with a yellow chromated finish. Thus complies with all the necessary standards and regulations.

Drop forged hooks made from non-ageing high tensile steel. The two hooks incorporate robust safety latches to ensure attachments remain safe until manually removed.

Yale PT Lever Hoist Options

Yale chain stops (YKST) are available separately on request; these will prevent unwanted chain run through and offer extra protection against brake failure.

An additional optional extra comes in the form of a factory pre-set slip clutch, this will provide overload protection.
