The Yale Uno plus lever hoist in the ATEX version employs these components giving it a basic level of protection. Making it suitable for use in certain environments. Its ATEX code is Ɛꭓ – only II 3 GD c IIB T4 which basically means that it is appropriate for non-mining purposes; in category 3 – for normal safety; with protection from gas and dust particles; design safety explosion group llB and temperatures up to 135 degrees C.

The details of the UNO plus lever hoist are initially the same as for the standard non-ATEX model. But with the addition of stainless steel hand chain and MKS coated top hook and bottom block.
